We want you to be confident in every purchase you make from Tag Konect. Because license keys are digital products delivered electronically, refund eligibility works a little differently than with physical goods — please read the terms below before purchasing.
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date, provided the license key has not been activated or redeemed on any device. Once a key has been activated, it is considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund, regardless of how much time remains in the 7-day window.
Requests made after the 7-day window has passed are not eligible for a refund, whether or not the key has been activated.
Refunds will not be issued if:
If your key doesn't activate, shows an error, or you received the wrong plan, contact us right away — issues caused by an incorrect or faulty key are resolved with a replacement or refund regardless of activation status, as long as you reach out within the 7-day window.
Email sales@tagkonect.com with your order details (name, email used at checkout, and product purchased). We aim to respond to all refund requests within one business day.
